A silly PvP Frag Idea
Here's a silly idea I just thought of, though I cannot test it's effectiveness in the last few hours of the PvP event because I don't have enough time/money to earn enough faction. If you care to try it out, please let me know, though any feedback would be nice .

Probably +5e Sword of enchanting, enchanter's armor
Fragility - For 8...18 (21) seconds, target foe takes 5...17 (21) damage each time that foe suffers or recovers from a new condition.
Illusionary Weaponry (E) - For 30 seconds, you deal no damage in melee, but whenever you attack in melee, target foe takes 8...34 (42) damage.
Vital Boon - 5e, 1s, 8s - For 20 seconds, you have +40...88 maximum Health. When this Enchantment ends, you are healed for 75...135 Health.
Mystic Sandstorm - 10e, 3/4s, 8s - Lose all Enchantments. For each Enchantment removed in this way, all nearby foes are struck for 10...30 earth damage (maximum 130 damage).
Dust Cloak - 10e, 3/4s, 12s - All nearby foes are struck for 40...88 earth damage. For 30 seconds, your attacks deal earth damage. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes are Blinded for 1...4 seconds.
Staggering Force- 10e, 3/4s, 8s - All nearby foes are struck for 40...88 earth damage. For 30 seconds, your attacks deal earth damage. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes are Weakened for 4...9 seconds.
Aura of Thorns - 5e, 1/4s, 12s -All nearby foes are Crippled for 4...9 seconds. For 30 seconds, this Enchantment does nothing. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes begin Bleeding for 5...13 seconds.
Res Sig
Basic plan is to precast all your enchants, then start hitting someone with IW.
When their health gets low or it's nearing 30s, cast fragility on them, get close, hit mystic sandstorm followed by aura of thorns for 130 + 21X4 (Blind, Weakness, Bleeding, Cripple) + 78 (bleeding degen) +21X4 (as conditions leave) = 376 finishing damage, 214 of it happening almost instantly. If they still aren't dead, hit Cloak and Force followed by Sandstorm.
Not nearly enough healing is provided by vital boon, but it's another enchant which fuels Sandstorm. Energy management shouldn't be too bad of a problem, since you are casting the majority of your spells before the battle.
Other skill ideas:
These are a different attribute line, though the extra conditions wouldn't hurt.
Grenth's Fingers (Wind Prayers) - Ends with Cripple
Heart of Holy Flame (Wind Prayers) - Ends with Fire
Sand Shards - 5e, 1s, 5s - 30s, each time scythe misses, does another 21 dmg....would this work with IW?
